Transporters and co-brokers never do — they interact purely over WhatsApp, permanently, by design. Your own drivers can optionally join a separate driver app (for live status and paperwork), but that's your call, never required.
A few fields — company name, your name, email, password, and a phone number — and you're straight into your workspace. No approval wait, no sales call.
How it works day to day
You use Fleet's own web dashboard — that's where loads, matching, money, and paperwork live. Fleet sends and reads the WhatsApp messages on your behalf; you're not juggling a phone and a screen at the same time.
Check-ins and quote replies are read with deterministic parsing and fuzzy place matching — typos and local phrasing included. If something genuinely can't be read, it's surfaced to you as unhandled, never silently dropped or guessed at.
No. Location comes from periodic pings the driver app sends while a trip is active — a snapshot you refresh on demand, not a live 24/7 tracker running in the background.
Money & paperwork
Yes — a real tax invoice: your GSTIN, the customer's, CGST/SGST or IGST split, bank details, and an invoice number that auto-increments per financial year. Not a screenshot of a spreadsheet.
Automatically — customer rate minus vendor rate minus any broker-borne charges, computed live as you go, shown in ₹ and as a percentage. Nothing to reconcile in a separate sheet afterward.
Trust & data
No. Your workspace — contacts, loads, rates, everything — is private to your own login. There's no shared pool or visibility across different brokers' accounts.
