These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LogiMatch website at logimatch.in, the LogiMatch Fleet application, and related communications operated by Pamil Technologies ("LogiMatch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
The services are for businesses and their authorised personnel. By using them you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are authorised to act on behalf of the business you register.
LogiMatch provides tools for logistics coordination, including a directory and matching service on logimatch.in, and the LogiMatch Fleet application for brokers to manage drivers and vehicles, post loads, match trucks, and coordinate placements — including by sending and receiving WhatsApp messages such as requests for quotes and availability check-ins. LogiMatch is a coordination tool. We are not a party to any transport contract, do not act as a carrier or freight broker of record, and do not guarantee any particular match, quote, price, or outcome.

The services use the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. to deliver messages. Your use of WhatsApp messaging through LogiMatch is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms and policies. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You must honour opt-outs and must not re-add a number that has opted out without a fresh lawful basis.
Where a plan, subscription, or trial is offered, the applicable pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at sign-up or in-app. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of taxes and are non-refundable except as required by law.
LogiMatch and its licensors own all rights in the services, including software, design, and content, excluding data you submit. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the services for your internal business purposes during the term of your account. You retain ownership of the data you submit and grant us the rights needed to host and process it to provide the services.
The services rely on third parties including Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and Supabase (hosting and database). We are not responsible for the availability, acts, or omissions of third-party services.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that message parsing, matching, or delivery will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LogiMatch and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to LogiMatch for the services in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000 if you have paid nothing.
You will indemnify and hold LogiMatch harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the services, your data, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right, including communication and data-protection laws.
You may stop using the services and close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law or by a third-party provider, or to protect the services or other users. On termination, your right to use the services ends; data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify the services or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be notified through the service or by email where appropriate, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any non-waivable statutory right, the courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.
