Is LogiMatch free for brands?+
Yes. Always. Brands and businesses search, submit requirements, and receive proposals completely free. LogiMatch never charges brands. Our revenue comes from the logistics partner subscription — never from the demand side.
How is this different from IndiaMART?+
IndiaMART shows you thousands of listings and makes you do all the work — calling, filtering, visiting. LogiMatch is the opposite. You submit one requirement and receive 3 matched, verified proposals. We do the matching. You make the decision.
Is my requirement kept confidential?+
Yes, completely. Your requirement is shared only with logistics partners who specifically match your sector and geography. Your company name and contact details are never shared without your consent. We brief matched partners on your requirement anonymously first.
How many proposals will I receive?+
We target 3 matched proposals per requirement — verified partners who specifically fit your sector, state, and scale. We prioritise quality over quantity. Three well-matched options are more useful than twenty generic ones.
Do you guarantee I will find a partner?+
We guarantee we will work hard to find you matched, verified options. If we cannot find a suitable partner for your specific requirement — particularly in very remote geographies — we will tell you honestly rather than send you unqualified leads.
Is there a broker fee when I finalise a partner?+
No. Zero. LogiMatch never takes a commission from completed deals. Once we introduce you to a logistics partner, your commercial relationship is entirely between you and them. We never appear in the transaction.

How much does it cost to list on LogiMatch?+
During the beta phase, listing is completely free for the first 100 verified partners. After beta, LogiMatch will move to a subscription model starting at ₹1,999/month. Early partners who join during beta will have the option to lock in early pricing.
What does LogiMatch Verified mean?+
It means our team has confirmed your legal registration, spoken to you directly, and cross-checked at least one active client relationship before your profile went live. It is not just a tick-box — it is a signal to brands that you are a real, operating company worth engaging with.
How long before my profile goes live?+
Our team will contact you within 48 hours of submission for a brief verification call. Once verified, your profile typically goes live within 24 hours of the call. Total time from submission to live — usually 2-3 working days.
Do I have to accept every RFQ I receive?+
No. LogiMatch will brief you on a requirement before formally introducing you. If the requirement does not fit your current capacity, geography, or business priorities, you can decline. We only send you to brands you have agreed to engage with.
Is my business data safe on LogiMatch?+
Your profile information is used only for matching purposes. Your GSTIN and sensitive financial details are used for verification and never displayed publicly. Your client references are contacted only with your knowledge. We treat your data with the same discretion you would expect from a professional procurement partner.
Can I update my profile after listing?+
Yes, anytime. Email us at info@logimatch.in with any updates — new warehouses, expanded states, updated certifications, revised benchmarks. We update your profile within 48 hours. Keeping your profile current improves your match quality.
