Data Deletion Request

You can ask Pamil Technologies to delete the personal data we hold about you — including account data, fleet and operations records, website enquiry data, and WhatsApp message logs. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to info@logimatch.in with the subject line Data Deletion Request.
2. In the email, tell us which identifier the request relates to: the phone number, email address, or account/company name.
3. Send it from the email address on the account where possible, so we can verify the request. For a phone number, we may contact that number to confirm.

What happens next

• We confirm receipt of your request, usually within 3 business days.
• We verify the request and identify the associated records.
• We delete or irreversibly anonymise the personal data within 30 days of verification, and confirm when it is done.

What we may retain

We may keep a limited amount of data where the law requires it (for example, tax or accounting records), to resolve a dispute, or to enforce our agreements. Any retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is protected in line with our Privacy Policy.

Data added by a broker

If your details (for example, as a driver, vehicle owner, or vendor) were added by a logistics broker who uses LogiMatch Fleet, that broker controls the business relationship. We will still act on your request, and where appropriate we will coordinate with the broker to ensure your data is removed from their organisation's records.
